PROGRAMS
  1. Leadership Conference Series
    Leadership Conference Series
    Three part Leadership Conference Series will teach students to build a strong club identity, create and execute the vision and goals and to establish a club legacy. Students will learn to manage meetings, create calendar of activities for members and campus-wide events. They will develop service learning projects that engage them with their community.

  2. Literacy & Study Skills
    Literacy & Study Skills
    Literacy Service Learning projects will develop reading fundamentals and study skills. Students will learn how to identify their own learning style and understand learning disabilities. Study skills projects include time management, note taking and effective listening. Students will learn tools to help them manage stress and test anxiety.

    S T E M
    STEM Service Learning projects will include hands-on activities and students will meet STEM educators and professionals and to learn about STEM in the Real World. Their projects will include Life Science Farm to Table Nutrition Education, Technology projects include that an Introduction to Programming, Engineering - Model Building and VR experiences, Math in our Everyday world.

  4. Workforce Development / Entrepreneurship
    Workforce Development / Entrepreneurship
    Students will receive skill building education and training to acquire the necessary skills to be job ready. Students will participate in Mock Interviews with industry professionals. Eligible students will be able to able to participate in paid internships. Students will also have an opportunity to start and run a club-based business to generate revenue for their club activities.

    Students will learn the fundamentals to manage the day to day challenges of what happens in the real world.

    Students will learn how to Speak Up and Speak Out on the issues that effect their lives. They will learn to research and fact check their information and how to identity and connect with the decision makers to effect change and promote progress. Throughout the year, students will meet with grassroots movement leaders and local politicians and policy makers.

    Real World Readiness
    Students will learn the fundamentals to manage the day to day challenges of life in real world. They will participate in workshops on Choosing the Right College, Road to Financial Literacy, How to Get and Keep the Job. They will participate in immersion projects on some of Life's First - First Job, First Car, First Apartment.
